How is Runpoint different from a traditional consulting firm?

Traditional agencies deliver strategy decks and hand you back the problem. Traditional AI consultants build a prototype and disappear before it touches production. Runpoint is neither — we are operator engineers who have had P&L responsibility, write code daily, and stay embedded until systems ship. We are not futurists, not PowerPoint consultants, and not an offshore dev shop.

Technical ability is the least important of these traits — we can teach Claude Code in a month, but we can't teach operator instinct.

We are frontier-model agnostic but Claude Code-first for engineering work. We build with the Anthropic API, Claude Code, Cursor, Replit Agent, and AI-native automation platforms. We evaluate new model releases on nights and weekends as they drop.
