A family-owned manufacturer that's been building custom truck bodies and heavy-duty trailers for the better part of a century, with multiple plants and hundreds of employees. The business had grown for decades on tribal knowledge and legacy IT, the sales motion was happening in people's heads, and coordinating across plants and product lines was manual.
