Recruiting

Recruiting reads every applicant's work before you open the application.

Applicants send their LinkedIn and up to three links to their work, and each one arrives with a tier from A to C and the reason written out.

What it does

  1. .01

    It reads the work

Each link an applicant sends is opened and read, so the summary says what their work shows.

  2. .02

    Who to look at first

Sort by tier, filter to the A's, and step through applicants one key press at a time.

  3. .03

    Check it against the source

Their own links and notes sit beside the summary, so you can check what it says against the work itself.

  4. .04

    Decide in a sentence

Tell Claude who moves forward, and it changes the stage and schedules the replies you approved.
