Workflows
Workflows shows every automation in Foundation™ and where its data goes.
One page for your Admins lists each automation in plain words, beside a map of where its data comes from and where it goes. Runpoint's own Foundation™ has 47.
Automations start in different places: some on a schedule, some when a person does something in the app, some when another system calls, and a few on a Mac. Until this release, no screen listed them all.

A map of where data goes
Every outside system that sends data in, the part of the business it passes through and where it goes next. Select one and the other lines dim.

Each automation in plain words
What starts it, what it does and whether it is on. Scheduled jobs also show when they last ran and a history of their runs.

What needs a person
One button lists the scheduled jobs that failed or are overdue, and anything not set up.

You can read everything here and change nothing. To change an automation, you change the code.
